Is your question not here?
Does Rouhi work without internet?
Yes. It installs on your computer and everything works offline: selling, collecting, loading stock, looking up customers. Only what talks to the outside needs internet: ARCA authorization, emails and taxpayer lookups. If there’s no connection when you invoice, the document is queued and authorized on its own when it’s back.
Is electronic invoicing included?
Yes, at no extra charge. Rouhi connects directly to ARCA with your certificate: A, B, C and E invoices, credit and debit notes and receipts, with CAE and QR code, with no document packages and no intermediaries.
Where does my data live and who can see it?
On your computer, encrypted. Rouhi doesn’t keep your documents, customers or prices on its servers. Backups are yours too: in a file, on an external drive or in your email.
Who is responsible for my data?
You, 100%. Your data is stored on your computer, not on our servers. Rouhi creates the backups, but keeping them in a safe place separate from the computer, checking that they can be restored, and looking after your computer, your passwords and your recovery code is up to you. If you lose the computer without a backup, we cannot recover your data.
How much does it cost and what is included?
One plan with everything included, with no limit on customers, documents, products or users. The license is per computer, monthly or annual. You try it free for 30 days, no card.
What does the plan not include?
Personalized support and digital certificate keys, which you need to invoice with ARCA and buy separately from your account. The plan includes every feature and all updates. Your suggestions and complaints are welcome at support@rouhi.com: we work continuously to improve Rouhi, although we can’t always resolve them right away.
Does it work outside Argentina?
Yes, in more than a hundred countries: you issue documents and quotes with your own numbering and taxes, in your currency. The country finder tells you what applies in yours.
Can several people work at the same time?
Yes. One computer keeps the data and the others connect over the shop’s network, each with its own user and role. You add a terminal with an invitation code; each terminal carries its own license. They all have to be on the same network: if a computer is somewhere else, such as another branch or your home, it connects through a VPN (recommended, because it does not expose your computer to the internet) or through a static IP with the port opened on your router.
